information on corporate and financial instrument events.
Efficient distribution of event data
CONNEXOR® Reporting is the central interface for transmitting event data. This data is captured
directly at the source, digitized, standardized and subsequently made available to a large number
of data receivers without any changes to the content. The need for data reconciliation and costly
maintenance of various different interfaces for the distribution of event data is eliminated.
CONNEXOR® Reporting is free of charge.

Recognized as an official reporting tool by, for example, SIX Exchange Regulation, CONNEXOR®
Reporting allows issuers to comply in a single step with the reporting obligations imposed on
them by legislation and stock exchanges in a simple, reliable and timely manner.

In addition to compliance with the reporting obligations imposed by legislation and the stock
exchanges, necessary corporate actions are automatically initiated after input of the event
data, for example in respect of the settlement by a main paying agent. CONNEXOR® Reporting
eliminates media breaks in the organization and helps avoid wrong entries. This results in
considerable efficiency gains and cost reductions for issuers.

By administrating their event data with CONNEXOR® Reporting, issuers ensure maximum data quality

perform a formal verification of the input at the interface to CONNEXOR® Reporting.

EU-compatible system
In future, the reporting of corporate and financial instrument events will be harmonized on a
European level. The harmonization efforts by the Clearing and Settlement Advisory and Monitoring
Experts Group (CESAME Group) envisage technical and infrastructural solutions in the field of
regulatory reporting, helping to optimize reporting processes across national borders and
improving reporting quality. CONNEXOR® Reporting meets these requirements already today.

CONNEXOR® Reporting offers custom online interfaces to maintain the relevant event calendars, with
a broad range of different event types to choose from. These interfaces support manual input using
appropriate validation functions, and also allow automated capture and distribution of corporate
and financial instrument events.
